thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 5, 4, 3, 2 and

of Section 31-T92N‑R34W to a point approximately 1600 feet west of the NE
Corner Section 31‑T92N-R34W; thence in a general southeasterly direction
through Sections 31 and 32‑T92N-R34W to a point approximately 3050 feet
west of the Corner Section 5‑T91N‑R34W; thence easterly following
substantially the section line of Sections 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1‑T91N‑R34W
and Sections 6,5,4,3,2, and 1‑T91N‑R33W to the west corporation
